The retreat center has property-wide WIFI and Bluetooth.

The rooms are double occupancy, except for Casa Verde and Bungalow-Queen.

Having a roommate provides the opportunity for deeper connection and sense of community. These relationships tend to last long after the retreat is over!

The Retreat Center is located in Guanacaste Province, 75-minute from Liberia Airport (LIR).

Transportation to/from Liberia Airport is included in your retreat price. There will be 2 pickup times and 2 departure times. The times will be determined based on everyone's arrive and departure times. (You are welcome to rent a car at your own expense if you do not want to utilize the included ground transportation.)

The check in time on February 1st is 3pm. Check out is 11am of February 8th. With these being travel days and dependent on flight times, please don't stress about your arrival/departure times. You will provide your flight info on the registration form, and the 2 shuttle times will be coordinated based on the group. Please allow for the 75 minute drive, along with 2-3 hours for airport procedures.

To enter Costa Rica, your passport must be valid  for the DURATION OF YOUR STAY.

***The standard rule for most countries regarding passport expiration is AT LEAST 6 MONTHS from the date you enter that country. Please check your passport before paying your deposit.

(For Costa Rica, I found some websites saying 60 days and some saying 6 months. The US Department of State says "valid for duration of stay.")
